To ensure the safety of your pets (and children), store YooCandle products out of their reach, as certain essential oils may irritate the skin or be harmful to specific animal breeds. Small animals, in particular, can be extra sensitive to their surroundings, so exercise caution with fragranced products. If you have any concerns about using Yoocandle products around your pet, we recommend consulting your veterinarian for personalized advice.

Show some love to your products! For our candles, trim the wick to 1/4" before or after each burn and let it burn for 3-4 hours or until a full melt pool forms. To extend reed diffuser life, keep them away from sunlight, heat, and humidity, and flip reeds weekly or when the fragrance weakens. For car fragrances, maintain control by gradually exposing the freshener and avoid textile and surface contact. Place car fragrances to the side of the steering wheel for less sun exposure. While our other products are low-maintenance, a little care never hurts!
